This position is responsible for design, implementation and service for TEC customers utilizing VoIP systems both cloud and premise based. The position will assist sales with design and pricing of solutions, work with vendors to ensure designs are optimal and successful and that they are priced correctly. The position will also be responsible for installing systems that are both cloud based and occasionally installed on client premises. This will include programming systems, setting hardware and devices as needed, loading software clients as needed and training end users on basic functions. Testing of all installs to ensure proper function is required. The position will also provide services remotely and occasionally on site including, troubleshooting issues, providing firmware and software updates, creating backups, reprogramming as needed and doing preventive maintenance.
